alt به همه فعالین و سازمانهای مدافع حقوق بشر: محمد پور عبداله یکی از دانشجویان زندانیست که از طرف شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی صلواتی، به دلیل شرکت در تجمع دانشجویی در روز ۱۶ آذر سال ۱۳۸۶، به اتهام اجتماع و اقدام بر ضد امنیت داخلی و همچنین تبلیغ علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی به شش سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است.
محکومیت محمد پورعبداله به دلیل شرکت در تجمع روز دانشجوی دو سال پیش، دو روز پس از آن ابلاغ شده است که گروه بزرگی از دانشجویان معترض دولت در تجمع های مشابهی در دانشگاه های سراسر ایران شرکت کردند و عده ای از آنها بازداشت شدند.محمد پورعبداله ابتدا در بهمن ماه سال ۱۳۸۶ بازداشت، اما با سپردن وثیقه آزاد شد.او دوباره در بهمن ماه سال ۱۳۸۷ بازداشت شد و تا کنون در بازداشت به سر می برد.وی تا به حال از اتهام "عضویت در گروههای مخالف نظام" و "گروههای تشکیل شده با هدف اقدام علیه امنیت ملی" تبرئه شده و تنها به اتهام شرکت در تجمع دانشجویی به مناسبت ۱۶ آذر با این حکم سنگین مواجه شده است.این حکم در حالیست که بر اساس اصل ۲۷ قانون اساسی هر کسی حق دارد در تجمع و راهپیمائی شرکت کند.
طبق اعلام محمدعلی دادخواه، محمد مصطفایی و سارا صباغیان وکلای محمد پور عبداله از زمان اعلام حکم به ایشان بیست روز فرصت اعتراض به این حکم هست.ما به عنوان جمعی از فعالان حقوق بشر از تمامی همراهان ،سازمانها و نهادهای حقوق بشر در سراسر دنیا میخواهیم به این حکم اعتراض کنند و اجازه ندهند چنین احکامی علیه حقوق اولیه دانشجویی صادر گردد.این حکم میتواند با توجه به شرایط اعتراضی جامعه و دانشگاه علیه فعالین دیگر
دانشجوئی صادر گردد بنا بر این از همه فعالین حقوق بشر در سراسر دنیا میخواهیم در مدت زمان تعیین شده برای اعتراض به حکم محمد پورعبداله همه جانبه و با تمامی امکانات از او و سایر دانشجویان در بند حمایت کنند

Mohammad Pour Abdollah, a Student detainee in Tehran, Iran, has been sentenced to ۶ years imprisonment by Judge Salvati at the ۱۵th Branch of the Revolutionary Court. He is charged with "unauthorized gathering on the ۱۶ Azar ۱۳۸۶ (Dec ۷, ۲۰۰۷), propaganda against the Islamic Republic, acting against society and endangering home security ".
Mohammad Pour Abdollah has been convicted for participation in an illegal gathering on National Student Day two years ago. Two days later in the same year, large groups of students opposing the regime also participated at similar gatherings in university campuses across Iran and many were arrested.
Mohammad Pour Abdollah was first arrested in the month of Bahman of ۱۳۸۶ (February ۲۰۰۷) but was later released on bail. He was once again arrested in the month of Bahman of ۱۳۸۷ (February ۲۰۰۸) and has been in detention since that time. He was previously aquitted of identical charges of “acting against society and endangering home security”. Nevertheless he is now been given a heavy sentence for illegal assembly in the occasion of ۱۶ Azar (Dec ۷). With reference to Article ۲۷ of the constitution stating: "Everyone has the right to assembly and demonstration" the charges brought against him have no foundation.
According to Pour Abdollahi's lawyers, Mohamad Ali Dadkhah, Mohamad Mostafai and Sara Sabaghian, it is possible to appeal against this sentence within ۲۰ days of sentencing on Sunday ۱۳ December ۲۰۰۹. Therefore the deadline is ۱ January ۲۰۱۰.
We, as human rights activists, urgently request the international community to swiftly act and pressure the judiciary court in Iran to review Mohammad Pourabdollah 'case and uphold their constitution laws and therefore overturn the prison sentence for Mohammad Pourabdollah.
